Newhaven Lighthouse against winter sky

Blipping is, as others have observed, like having a dog. Even on a Saturday morning when you are exhausted after the week, and are full of cold, you still have to go out and find your picture. And that of your partner, who has chosen the same subject but a different angle.

It was suitably bracing down in Newhaven this morning. We had an interesting conversation about whether we would like to live there now that there are all the developments on the Western Harbour. Maybe not, because it is a bit out of the way, but it's certainly a nice place for a potter on a Saturday morning, before settling to watch some rugby on the TV.
