Baking

A busy but calm day.

Lots of rushing around in the morning - me taking wee C out to her dance class (wee D came along for the coffee, or juice in his case, and cake as usual), while hubby did the cleaning.

Then we got the word that our expected visitors for the evening had to cancel due to illness, so we had a lovely clean and tidy house all to ourselves.

So the kids and I decided to mess up the kitchen a bit by baking some lovely vanilla cupcakes, and then eating them before they had barely cooled and the icing was still wet.... mmmm....
