Christmas is just around the corner

After the mince pies a few days ago I thought i'd blip some Christmas puddings too. They are all ready now to go on the menu. I'll serve the with either the traditional brandy sauce or butter. But I have also made brandy ice cream.
Also today I made Christmas pudding flavoured fudge. Very interesting as I had never made that flavour before. I used all the flavour ingredients of a christmas pudding and the fudge came out very nice. The pictures of it didn't look as interesting as the flavour was so therefore I just blipped the actual Christmas puddings instead.
