Italian lemon tart, strawberry gelato

Italian lemon tart with strawberry gelato and raspberry coulis. The lemon is a curd which has been whipped into a mousse and placed in chocolate pastry. Very light and airy and very refreshing. The gelato has been made with fresh strawberries, sugar, water, cointreau and a little cream. The coulis is just raspberries, lemon and sugar.
