La Gamba de Mariscal

Today the weather was a bit funny in Barcelona and there was a very poor light for taking photos, but that didn't put me off. Not a great picture, but hey! Tried my best!

I met my sister and a friend of mine for 'un aperitiu' (a drink and a snack) in a terrace, and on our way we came accross this famous Mariscal sculpture near Barcelona Harbour. I love it! It is called 'La Gamba' (a prawn) although it looks more like a king prawn. I like its cheeky smile!

Later on we met with another of my sisters and went for lunch and some early afternoon shopping.

Meeting some old school friends for dinner this evening and really looking forward to it! :)
