Mowing Day

Bruce mows the back pasture once a year, on foot, using his walk-behind adjustable mower. It can easily cut down small trees, but steering it is like a wrestling match. The woods are always trying to take back the field, so keeping it trimmed is essential. He enjoys the challenge, and the idea of caring for the land.

It's a two day job, and he's finishing up today. Here he is, early Sunday morning. He's actually having fun, believe it or not!
