More tempting?

You may remember this from a couple of days ago. When it grew up this is what it became and mighty tasty it was.

I became all experimental with my cooking and so here for posterity is the recipe;

1. Finely chop one small onion and sweat off in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil and with finely chopped garlic or alternatively add garlic flakes.

2. Very thinly slice a small potato using a potato peeler and dry off using a paper towel.

3. Add the potato to the onion and garlic to allow the potato to become see-through.

4. Add milk and blue cheese and heat until consistency becomes quite thick and the cheese has melted.

5. Pour the mixture onto the top of three large mushrooms and put into the pre-heated oven at 200C until brown.

6. Take a picture of dish and then serve.

7. Add picture to Blipfoto later in the evening.
