the dog ate something gross today. and as a long-term dog owner, I am used to dogs eating gross things (poo, used nappies, tampons out of bins...) but I mean this was GROSS, bad, yuk, grim, bleurgh. It was dead and had been for a long time, it had crunchy bones and flappy skin and smelt bad. And looked worster than worse.
