Humming Along

The day after the snow and the fuchsias are still hanging in there. The hummingbirds seem to really like them. I can go outside, almost any time of the day, and see one or more feeding on the fuchsias. One day, I saw 2 of them doing a little dance in the air. I didn't have my camera with me, but I would have had to be very quick to get the shot, and I'm not.

I caught this little guy hovering over the fuchsias, but it is really out of focus. I think I would have to have a much better and faster camera to get a hummingbird in focus.

I'm still enjoying having this week off, it's great not to have to rush off in the morning to work. It will all too soon though.
