Christmas Begins

No snow in today's blip - although there's plenty still around!

It's the start of December, so it's now ok to talk about Christmas!! I picked up, and unwrapped, my first Christmas pressie today. Kind of. It's my lens back from being repaired. 16 weeks instead of the estimated 4-6, but it's back, and the good news is, thanks to a replaced diaphragm assembly [?], it appears to be working.

Managed to drive to work today, and at lunchtime went to rescue Emma's car. Ended up getting my own car stuck trying to mount the pavement to jump start the car. I had to get pushed out by Emma and a guy in a landrover who had stopped to rescue another car with the same problem!
