HOOKER VALLEY AND AORAKI (MT COOK)

The Engineer and I spent a delightful day photographing in the Hooker Valley,Aoraki Mt Cook National Park. In the foreground is the white Mt Cook Lily
(rannunculus lyalli) the largest of the buttercup family. The lily is framed by native spaniards. Aoraki Mt Cook (12349 feet) is in the background.
