Cornwall comes to West Sussex

A good Cornish Pasty is hard to find (unless you are in Cornwall); so I was surprised to see a new pasty shop opening in Littlehampton.

Littlehampton is a run down seaside town with a rather drab high street. The South Coast Pasty Shop, as it is now called, brings an interesting ray of colour to the boring array of facades. It has yet to officially open, but I snapped some of its exterior as I was walking past this morning, including this recipe which has been painted onto an outside wall.

I will of course have to try one when it opens (I find it difficult to say no to pasties). Just hope that it doesn't disappoint.
