Take off their hats

No, not the answer to the age-old question 'how do you fit popes into a VW Beetle?' but rather 'How do you make some strange, Jelly Baby-esque statues outside of my office look less merry?' Some jolly soul had placed Santa hats on these chaps on December the first, but today they seem to have been de-hatted. For shame.
