Who Buys This?

And what for ? and a million other questions like that occurred to me when i saw this. Stuff like this intrigues me - who did they check that with and who thought it was a great idea?

i shall not bore you with the story of how I managed not to buy a mobile phone today. Oh I think I used all my bad words about that.
