Training Tuesday!

Took The Tyre out for a 5.5 mile walk!

First time The Tyre has been out for a few weeks ... can feel it in my hips now! Still no rest for the wicked. I have a two and a half hour sponsored walk with the kids at school tomorrow, so will be pulling it again!

Trying to get sorted for Christmas, but not making much progress .... Suggestions anybody?
