Heading home

The Heron heading upriver to wherever they roost within the city, and an endless stream of gulls heading for the estuary. And all the time the snow kept falling.

There's a (possibly) chinese saying that runs something like 'The Heron salutes the fellow fisherman and blesses the day with a good catch'. It didn't seem to work today, maybe you've got to see the heron at the start of your fishing trip....
