You Mean You Chose This Over Parking For Dogs?

This was a day of way too many pictures and all of them good but on a day like today all you have to do is walk around Hessen and pictures will beg to be taken.

This is taken at Kloster Eberbach (and if you've seen The Name Of The Rose, you've seen some of the interior of Kloster Eberbach), a fabulous big church, ex-monastery and huge wine business. It's a cracking place and on a day like this a great place to spend the afternoon.

I was trying to get so many pictures today and this was the best of them - that means you missed : The Parking For Dogs Picture, The Pretty Trees Against The Skyline Picture, The Tracks In The Snow Picture (bit of a Belle & Sebastian moment) , The Reed Against the Rhein (Germanic spelling of Rhine there) and the Very Artfully Pollarded Tree Through The Stone Window Frame picture.

Another visit to Eberbach & Eltville is on the cards. I had a fabulous day, I hope you did.
