You'd hoover your plants too...

Although i suspect you wouldn't. This picture was taken after we noticed him using a hairdryer on the plants and a small fan heater to try to melt the snow on the balcony. These plans seemed to be doomed to failure but this picture shows he at least tried. Nuts I tell you.

A day of Schnee and more Schnee here. Went for a walk in the Taunus forest today and saw huge amounts of Schnee, most of which seemed to blow directly into my face regardless of the direction I was walking. The forest was full of tracks of things I can't recognise so I made it up. According to me we saw the tracks of Lynx, Brown Bears and wolves all of which have evaded being spotted by anyone for a number of years. What we did see at the bird table was a lot of activity involving Greenfinch, Eurasian Bullfinch, Hawfinch, Nuthatch, Crested Tit & Blue Tits. I took lots of blurry photos of them so you'll get a picture when i go back with a tripod.

Home now, cottage pie in the oven (that's comfort food on a day like today) and enjoying a small bottle of Flensburger Pilsener.
