St Mary's Church in Mold

A quick blip this morning, although the day was cold and grey I liked the Christmas tree and lights outside the Church. It looked very welcoming and cheery.

This present church of St. Mary the Virgin stands on the site of an earlier church built sometime during the twelfth or early thirteenth century. Records show that a church of some sort did exist in Mold in 1253.

Hope everyones Monday is good
