Chimney stacks and pots

Has anyone noticed how many different types of chimney's and pots there are on the older buildings? Some are really impressive. There are a lot where I live and thought I'd like to put some of the ones that I see here on blip as a record of times gone by when people used to have open fires in most rooms.

In this blip these belong to Llwynegrin Hall in Mold .The Hall was constructed by Thomas Jones, local architect and County Surveyor. Completed in 1830 and was a peaceful country home until 1948.

Llwynegrin Hall now shares its grounds with the administrative centre of Flintshire County Council, houses the Occupational Health Unit and is a great place for marriages.

Off to Chester for a meal at Mike's brothers now so will catch up with you all tomorrow.
