Gingerbread house

The old tradition here in Finland is to prepare a gingerbread house with some sugar and candy decorations well before christmas and it is also not allowed to be eaten before that. I guess nowadays the tradition has loosened up and some families are doing pretty amazing stuff instead of the house.

Anyway today Mrs.Mrok and the kids had done us our own gingerbread house with some trees, elves and moomin characters :D Some sugarpaste and dust sugar acted as a snow and the house was covered with candy and something else sweet. Luckily they had baked also some normal cookies from gingerbread, so got to taste some before the christmas eve..
