the new day after the day before

I've just been looking at some of the brilliantly awe-inspiring pictures taken today.

So I almost didn't put this one up, but I just like the colour of the dawn agains the colourlessness of the day: unexpected beauty.

I wanted in a simple way to mark this day after yesterday when my mother-in-law died, the hope of a new day.
