Don't come near; this is MINE

I always buy catnip mice for our cats for Christmas. It's such fun watching them explore the fresh catnip and then going into ecstacies as they lick, throw the mice and roll in the scent.

Here is Carla, guarding her mouse, just in case her sister might try to appropriate it. (I'm afraid that Christmas presents do not always bring out the best in people - or cats!!)

We survived the day - so many people no longer with us - but we shared the day with dear friends, and the Christmas (non traditional dinner) was a success.
