Sixteen Tons

I've had this song in my head a lot as we've been digging snow every day for weeks now.

This picture brought a smile to me face. I was very taken with the "well I'm going to help too"-ness of that little shovel*.

Well done indeed.

*and that word always puts me in mind of a friend's funeral where, in the eulogy, the celebrant (it was a secular service) described Neil as "the sort of bloke who would call a spade a f****** shovel". Summed Neil up perfectly.
