a magic land

I just saw this as I was leaving the supermarket near our home. I really enjoy the view through the trees in the darkness, transforming a ordinary pathway into something magical.

Which reminds me of a poem by Jane McKie I've just read:
Your rubric is simple:

Walk me with the moon nestled
At your left, the sun to your right;
Part the bluebells tenderly
As you pass under my trees,
And follow your own path to the far hills.

(Magic Land from Morocco Rococo - Cinnamon Press)

There is more to life than meets the eye, there is all that meets the heart. This is a human thing. This is a thing of wonder.
