Refraction

A quiet afternoon pottering at home this afternoon. I enforced relaxation time with music and a read of one my new Freeman Patterson photography books. I don't find it easy to relax at present but I'm working on it.

I had a play with sun through an art deco glass bowl on black paper. It was a fun exploration. Maybe at some subconscious level it reflects a fractured and stressed portion of the earth's crust.

My plan is for an early night and an early run tomorrow before the heat kicks in.
