Deer

Went out for a walk near Kinnaird today to keep the kids amused. Managed to get a shot of several deer in the bag, which turned out to be better than all the other shots i took so is todays blip offering.

We saw 9 in today, spread out within about a mile of each other. I think they have all twigged that if they stay near to the roads during the day no one can hunt them. Even dogs nearby didn't seem to bother them.

One of my friends is a great hunter, and todays sightings reminded me that i need to tap him next week to see if hes been out recently and can spare any more wonderful pheasant and venison.
