Why the duck?

This was a sort of blip fail but I think I still like it. I went to blip the neighbours house with all the amazing decorations but I got there and it was a tad late and he'd turned them off-boo but then suppose its energy efficient- so maybe tomorrow

So here he is an American decoration on mum and dads tree's, one of many we've collected from there over the years. However it baffles me as to why he has a duck? X
