Council or Dog Walkers?

The council have been flagging in all aspects of waste in Balmullo this festive season ... with the recyc centre overflowing most days. Obviously the Dog Bin Man is struggling to keep up too. I know it is horrible to bung the populated doggy bags in the domestic bin, but there comes a time when common sense is necessary ... ?? Just take it home and put it in your own bin? What do you think?
