I have a few minutes for a blip while our Indian butter chicken simmers on the stove. I love to cook. Some of my colleagues are astonished that I cook nearly every evening. The New York Times Essential Cookbook on the top of this pile is a christmas present from Joseph. Our friend Gary who owns Acequia Booksellers recommended this one. It is fabulous!
