Banchory Sunset

My work involves regular visits to the Crow's Nest Household Waste & Recycling Centre in Banchory, as part of my overall management responsibility for the 'Magpie' community and environmental project.

The tip lies behind a patch of woodland on the edge of the town, and as I approached the gate at the entrance to the wood shortly before 4 this afternoon, my eye was struck by the light on the clouds behind the silhouettes of these trees.
