Farmers Market

It's always worth a trip to the New Ferry farmers market, even in January when there are very few vegetables except jerusalem artichokes and other roots. I bought some delicious Lancashire cheese, french bread and Cumbrian salami from this very varied stall run by a cheerful butcher. Apologies to all vegetarians, yes that is squirrel on sale in the back row.
