Winter Dawn

Still very cold this morning with some black ice on the roads & pavements. However, no s*** overnight and a pleasant sunrise to start the day off. A bright, sunny day saw some thawing of the lying snow but as soon as the sun passed its highest, the ice began to reform. The Met reports forecast more s*** overnight but much milder weather following for a few days. Let us hope they are right, had enough of all that s***!
