Temptation everywhere...

I never have possessed the greatest amount of willpower but it seems almost impossible to stick to my resolutions at the moment. I shouldn't let my emotions control my eating habits but it's easier said than done.

January is such a depressing month as it is but especially so at the moment, surrounded by so much doom & gloom. Must. Be. Strong.
