A fox terrier of boundless joy in my local park.

I'm feeling good, probably the most relaxed I have since Christmas Day. Less on edge and alert and enjoying the warmth of summer (even though I am back at work).

I gave my usual Friday-after-work-domestics a twist today. Try turning the stereo up load and drinking a beer while you do the vacuuming. It helps ;-) Don't know that you'll find as fine a beer as my mate Tom's IPA though. Give him hops and grain and he transforms into a magician.

All day I felt like taking an impressionist blip; something to express the lightness of our summer heat, the delight of feeling my resilience and tenacity return and the relief of being at the end of a busy week.
