brain hurts

So, I know I promised something a bit different, but I've spent all day sat in bed trying desperately to make the muscles of the legs/feet actually stick in my brain. I hate muscles. I think we should just be made of one muscle and one bone - anatomy would be SO MUCH EASIER.

I did try and take some self-portraits but I, predictably, also look like I've been sat in bed all day. This is not a good look.

On the plus side, Leeds United won 4-0 against Scunthorpe (glamorous, right? ;D) so that was a good thing. I look forward to watching the highlights later!
