Vampire rabbit

This is the famous vampire rabbit of Newcastle. It sits above the doorway of a 
building behind St Nicholas Cathedral and is a complete mystery. No-one has 
any idea why it is there, who commisioned it or what it represents. There is 
considerable argument over whether it is indeed a rabbit or actually a hare. 
Appeals for information have drawn a blank and so the enigmatic blood sucking 
lagomorph continues to exert its charm over a Newcastle solicitors doorway
without anyone being any the wiser.
