5.30am this morning, this note awaits me at work. It made that time of the morning ever so slightly easier.

Day 1 of 4 5.30am starts has begun again and you'll notice the standard of my Blips fall during these days. Don't worry, we'll get through it.

Sometimes it's the customers who make my day.

After handing a customer an Eggs Benedict with ham. "I'm allergic to ham" they said to one of my colleagues. "Oh" said my colleague, "can we substitute anything else instead of ham?". "Yeah, can I have bacon instead?"
