Berries

I walk past my neighbours garden each day when out with pooch for his daily constitutional...so pass this lovely leavy shrub with gleaming red berries. Kept promising myself I'd take a pic, until today, the urge was too much to resist<g>
Haven't a clue what the name of it is...anyone know? Could it be Laurel?
