Meet Cedrick

I'm on a first aid course this week so don't have much time to go out into daylight so I thought I'd introduce you to Cedrick. Well that's my name for the friendly skeleton that was standing in the corner.

So... looking forward... I finally got a date for my knee op to sort out the problems from skiing last year and I'm looking forward to having a knee that can go running, mountaineering, etc, etc again.
