Up early for a pleasant stroll with juno, returned home to find Eco son not well, Eco mum not much better and Eco daughter sniffling.

Eco son's eyes streaming so off school as we headed for some medical attention. Eye cream and flu pills and off to bed.

I was allowed to work from home and was getting loads done.

Lunch with the boy and feeling better he got on with school work. He asked to watch a dvd, no you are off school, school work or bed. Give him his due he did some more work.

Eco mum returned from work straight to bed.

Burns supper with the family, homework with eco daughter and bed.
