twisted, not bitter

A cold day today. The wind has appeared and is blowing straight in off the North Sea, brrrrrrrrrrr! In a way I suppose the title should be "bitter & twisted", assuming the barb-wire is made from hard, cold, steel? I'll let you figure it out!
