Tea and sympathy required

Last night I dreamt I was a swan.... I must have done, or else why would I have tried to sleep with my head in my own armpit? Consequently I woke up this morning with a trapped nerve in my neck... very painful... Add to this the achy legs and bum from Monday's combat class and you have the full picture of health and vitality. I look like one of the zombies from the thriller video.

On the brighter side, went for lunch with some of the girls from work, two courses for £6.50 and it was really nice food!

got a date now with a cuppa, some ibuprofen and bag of frozen peas....
