Mixed Message

As you can see, this little woman figure stands over the door to a (rather good) chocolate shop. Perhaps it's meant to stand as a warning about eating too much chocloate or maybe it says "the chocolate in here is so good you'll want to take off all your clothes and stand around in the Marktplatz". It's a strange but pretty thing.

I could go in and ask but that would mean I'd have to confound yet another poor soul with my blighted German.

The German is coming along - although I have to say I'm not quite getting the hang of der/die/das/ein/eine/ein and all the rest quite as quickly as I had hoped. However, it makes for great celebrations when I complete an exercise and it all comes up green. Still, kleine Schritte as I keep reminding myself.

Off to a film tonight. In German, no subtitles. A first for me.
