IVY AND OLD ROOF TILES

I have photographed this shed many times before and always discarded it as too utterly dull, even when it had the amiable Graziella waving from it as she spread olives out on its floor. Today I went to take pics of the wild mimosa up the hill from it because it is showing signs of life. Today it had lots of life. It was bobbing about in the wind too fast for my camera.

The shed is a part of a string of little sheds and barns, circa 1750, all joined, and all owned in part by the troublesome priest. Graziella is one of his many cousins. She probably owns half of it. I understand that old age is catching up with the priest and that he is now gabba, hunched. Yes, but age is catching up with all of us.

For the record: Clouds with breaks for rays of sun. +10 C, positively balmy. Sunrise at 7:37; sunset at 5:27. Last day of the hunting season. It wouldn't do to go out in the woods today.
