Petrol Bombs and Morning Views

Over a morning (this being our morning view) cup of coffee we all decided (after warnings from home that a march of 1 million was planned for tomorrow, with the possible outcome of a) the military opening fire on civilians or b) the army joining the march leading to civil war with riot police forcing the issue against the military ? far from ideal!) that we would head for school and camp out there for a while. With all our food and the majority of our belongings packed we made our way through the plentiful military blockades (tanks with big guns) and reflected on a few very intense days in the nation?s capital. More questions than answers are being posed at this point; have we been paid?; will we be paid?; will there be a war?; will we get back into the country?; do we get a return flight?; what do we leave behind?; what will be left after a march of a million?; will Sarah and I find somewhere for a crafty quicky?
To be honest, it?s the most difficult, stressful experience I?ve been through and I?m a complete outsider to the political strives of the country. My empathy for those at the heart of it has done nothing but gain weight. I still think that the majority of the locals are brainless tits though!

In Other News
To make matters worse, oil has been restricted to military use causing the problem of food getting into suburbs, drivers being able to take people to airports etc ? further straining relations. Our Bawab, resourceful as he is, did manage to get hold of enough, however, to make this package package of (Molatov Coctail on ice) delight for anyone brave enough to attempt to loot our belongings in our absence.
Good lad!
