Sous Le dome

So, tonight as I was leaving work, preparations were well underway for the Gala Dinner that was happening this evening. It's a celebration of tremendous achievement at work throughout the year. I'm still more than a little ambivalent about it. Not tremendous achievement, but the awards business.

Anyway they decorate the place up nicely - this is looking up into the dome at the front of the Great Hall, looking directly into the trompe d'oeil.

It's not a bad building to work in.
