Royal York Crescent

Started 1791 and only finished in 1820.

This is a pretty recognisable part of the Bristol skyline, although Clifton is only a small part of Bristol and not really representative of the rest of the city (or is it?).

Hard to photograph it in a new way - if you google Royal York Crescent you'll see I'm not the first.

We had some friends who lived along the Crescent some years ago and though they are very nice it's a bit of a pain getting up and down to a top floor flat. This is not a problem we have in our little terrace!

Moved a tree today and now feeling the after effects. Probably not the best time of year but not much choice so we'll see what happens.

Finally got the mud from under my nails but very satisfied as a result of a bit of physical exercise. Must mention the bonus that comes from having a mug of tea after such a task when it always tastes extra specially gorgeous.

Took blippers advice so Inception tonight instead!
