Well, perhaps not this Frank. Realised about 11.45 that I hadn't taken any blips...so that old standby, blipped the telly. The wonderful Shameless. Series 5, and still brilliant. "Make poverty history, cheaper drugs!"

Busy day, finally getting back into the swing post festive season. And a productive evening too.
