Gravestone Shadows

Driving to work this morning, thinking about things, thinking about blips, sun casting long shadows the idea came to me. Quick, no make that very quick, detour to the cemetery and this is what I came up with. This is the war graves, all the same size & shape, did read some of the headstones, they were so young. Gave their lives for us, such brave men and women.

Sun shining brilliantly today, sensible temperatures. I read in the daily rag that our actual temperature on Sunday was 41.3 deg C - the highest on record, & only a degree off the highest recorded temperature in NZ at Rangiora on 7th Feb 1973.

Have a happy day

Rainie
